Terms of Service

Last updated October 18, 2026

These terms apply to your use of PaperVox.

Using PaperVox

By creating an account or using PaperVox you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old, and you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

Your documents

You keep all rights to what you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload each document and to have it processed (converted to speech and analysed) for your own use. Do not upload anything unlawful, anything you do not have the right to use, or anything that contains other people's private data without permission.

You give PaperVox permission to store and process your documents only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:

Fair-use limits

Free accounts have daily limits on documents, pages, generated audio and study requests. We may change limits to keep the service sustainable and affordable.

Generated audio and study content

Speech and study material (explanations, summaries, quizzes) are produced by software and can be wrong or misleading. They are a reading aid, not professional, academic or medical advice. Check anything important against the original source.

The service

PaperVox is provided as is and as available, without promises about uptime, accuracy or that it will fit your purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data; keep your own copies of your documents. We may change, suspend or stop features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using PaperVox at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@papervox.app.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use PaperVox after a change means you accept it.
